Hmm... of course none of the safe seats are Lib Dem ones!! In any case I am not sure what the your point is. There are always going to be safe seats and I see nothing wrong with that in a democratic system. Is it now Lib Dem policy that once one party has had a seat for two terms they cannot put up a candidate again for the next election?

I also think you need to be very careful about throwing around the word "cheated". As far as I can see there are very few (4) of them that you could place in this category. The rest have done nothing legally wrong - even though I accept that morally what they did can be criticised.
